Smyrna Baptist Church dedicates itself to helping children know and love God by learning about Him through the Bible. The Bible is the foundation of all our children's ministries. 

Sunday School

Sunday School lays a foundation for our children's entire lives.  Our age-graded Sunday School allows opportunities for children to explore the stories of God's Word and apply the lessons of the Bible in fun and age appropriate ways.

Bible Drill

Bible Drill equips children to know God's Word. Children learn the books of the Bible, how the Bible is divided into different types of literature, and learn to locate key passages in our Bibles. An important part of Bible drill is memorizing Scripture. 

Children's Church

We believe that children need both time in worship with the entire congregation and time of worship on their own level. On Sunday mornings our children worship with the church for the first part of our service, then go to worship together in ways that connect with them. Children's church allows children to worship through singing, hearing the Word of God, and creating crafts that allow them to express their understanding. 

Vacation Bible School

Each summer Smyrna Baptist Church has an exciting, week-long Bible School for children ages four through sixth grade. Vacation Bible School engages children in games, exciting songs, and fun biblical learning.
